Community Guidelines

Last updated: May 2025

Bzaar is built on trust between collectors. These guidelines exist to keep the community fair, safe, and welcoming for everyone — from new players picking up singles to seasoned grinders managing large collections.

Be Honest

List cards as they actually are. Use the Card Conditions Guide and grade conservatively when in doubt. Buyers rely on your description — a misrepresented card wastes everyone’s time and money.

Be Reliable

Ship promptly and communicate proactively. If something comes up that delays your shipment, message the buyer before they have to chase you. A short message goes a long way.

Be Respectful

Treat other users the way you’d want to be treated. Harassment, threatening behaviour, discriminatory language, or any form of abuse towards other users or Bzaar staff will result in immediate account suspension.

No Counterfeits or Proxies

Listing counterfeit, altered, or proxy cards as genuine is strictly prohibited. We take authenticity seriously and will report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

No Off-Platform Transactions

Attempting to move transactions off the platform to avoid fees or buyer protections undermines the trust that makes Bzaar work. Accounts found soliciting off-platform deals will be suspended.

Resolve Disputes in Good Faith

If something goes wrong with a transaction, engage constructively with the other party before escalating to Bzaar support. Most issues can be resolved quickly with honest communication.

Reporting Violations

If you see a listing or behaviour that violates these guidelines, use the report button or contact us directly. We review all reports and take action where warranted.
