Seller Agreement
Last updated: May 2025
1. Becoming a Seller
Any registered Bzaar user may list cards for sale. By activating seller mode, you agree to this Seller Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Accurate Listings
You must accurately describe every card you list, including its condition, finish (foil/non-foil/etched), and any notable defects. Refer to the Card Conditions Guide for grading standards. Deliberately misrepresenting a card’s condition is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3. Shipping Obligations
Upon a completed sale you must ship the card(s) within 3 business days and mark the order as shipped in your dashboard. Cards must be packaged securely — at minimum in a sleeve inside a rigid top-loader or equivalent protection, placed in a padded envelope.
4. Authenticity
You warrant that every card you list is genuine. Listing counterfeit, altered, or proxy cards as genuine singles will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Disputes
If a buyer raises a condition dispute within 48 hours of delivery, you agree to engage in good faith to resolve it. Bzaar may mediate disputes and issue refunds at its discretion where a seller has materially misrepresented a card.
6. Platform Fees
Bzaar deducts a platform fee from each completed sale before paying out to sellers. The current fee rate is shown in your seller dashboard. Fees are non-refundable in cases where the buyer initiated a return due to seller misrepresentation.
7. Payouts
Payouts are issued after the buyer confirms delivery or after 7 days from the marked-shipped date, whichever comes first. Payout timing may vary depending on your bank.
