Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Bzaar, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Bzaar Platform
Bzaar is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling Magic: The Gathering singles. We provide the platform infrastructure; individual users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for completing transactions in good faith.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must accurately describe the condition and finish of each card they list. Misleading listings may result in account suspension. Sellers must ship purchased items within 3 business days of a completed sale. See the Seller Agreement for full obligations.
5. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must pay for purchases promptly and provide an accurate shipping address. Disputes about card condition must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Bzaar to list counterfeit cards, engage in fraudulent transactions, harass other users, or circumvent the platform to avoid fees. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Fees
Bzaar charges a platform fee on completed sales. The current fee schedule is displayed during the listing process. Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Bzaar is not liable for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, inaccurate listings, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
